Employee Handbook
During the first week of employment, all Foundation Staff are expected1) to readand comprehendthe Employee Handbook. This Handbook details2) how Employees are expected to conduct themselves, provide information on the3) Departments of the Foundation and explain the available resources for their work.
Due to the long history of the Foundation, multiple versions of the Employee Handbook are in circulation. Employees are required to readthe most recent version at the point of employmentthe 4th Edition and no otherwhichever one they can get their hands on but not an odd-numbered oneSOMETHINGwhatever their Line Manager suggests4) and abide by it as best they can.
The Employee Handbook is NOT5) an Anomaly and should not be treated as such6).
The Employee Handbook is both a resource that Player Characters will have access to in some form or another, and a catch-all term to cover the information presented on the Wiki for how various Field Mechanics work.
We have written some of these Mechanics in a semi-IC fashion so that you can assume that anything presented on the Wiki (outside of OC notes) could have been presented in one or more Employee Handbooks at some point but also it's safe to assume if it's on the Wiki it's sufficiently factual for it to be considered accurate.
