====== Employee Handbook ======

> During the first week of employment, all Foundation Staff are expected((but realistically none do)) to read <del>and comprehend</del> the Employee Handbook.  This Handbook details((or it would if it had been updated since 1976)) how Employees are expected to conduct themselves, provide information on the((known)) Departments of the Foundation and explain the available resources for their work.

The Employee Handbook is both a resource that Player Characters will have access to in some form or another, and a catch-all term to cover the information presented on the Wiki for how various Field Mechanics work.  

We have written some of these Mechanics in a semi-IC fashion so that you can assume that anything presented on the Wiki (outside of OC notes) could have been presented in one or more Employee Handbooks at some point but also it's safe to assume if it's on the Wiki it's sufficiently factual for it to be considered accurate.
