Combat Rules
- Added non-mechanical Descriptors to some Combat Calls (E.g. AGONY: BURNING).
- Added roleplay requirements and ammo to firearms.
- Fewer INDEFINITE calls will be used.
Incursions and Excursions
- Noted that Incursions are started and ended with the ringing of a bell.
- Noted that it is the responsibility of Characters to ensure that Incursion rules are distributed.
Field Mechanics
- Surgical Suite game will be getting improvements that are not visible on the Wiki.
- All Characters can Requisition a single item at a time.
- Renamed R&D Requests to Engineering.
- Added Archive which anyone can use.
- Added Research Requests which only Analysts can use.
- Indicated that you won't get in trouble for trying anything with Engineering.
Containment Procedure
- Made it clear that Security PCs are responsible for the Security of everyone and can co-opt people in. We will not generally be adding Security NPCs.
- Added Incident Lead who is selected by Line Managers and responsible for giving IC Updates on the investigation to all players.
Authorisations
- Analysis
  - Confirmed anyone can submit Archive Requests.
  - Only Analysts can submit Research Requests (for which an elaborated mechanic will be added).
  - Reduced Analysis cooldown to 15 minutes.
  - Some Analysis Tags require collaboration.
- First Aid
  - Reduced time required for REVIVE and HEAL 1.
  - Clarified you can use HEAL 1 on characters that are bleeding out but it does not stop them bleeding.
  - Added Triage ability to First Aid.
- Line Management
  - Unrestricted Authorisations no longer have a default 1 hour expiry.
- Quartermaster (formerly “Requisition”)
  - Quartermasters can have more items from Requisition, have better Requisition responses, and can use some Requisitioned items more effectively.
- Intercession
  - Relaxed restrictions on how many people can use Intercession at once.
Quirks
- Added more categories to Extrasensory Perception.
- Removed Mystery Quirk #1.
- Added Mystery Quirk #2.
Events
- Noted that venues may add additional restrictions (e.g. shoes off in certain spaces).
- Event 2
  - Updated information about events to be relevant to E2.
  - Updated Ticket Cost to £120 for standard tickets and introduced Supporter Tickets.
    - The cost of running events is ever increasing due to inflation and the level of comfort we want to be able to provide. We've increased our standard ticket price from E1 to cover both inflation and the fact we are running E2 at an indoor venue. We have not increased our Concession Tickets, but have introduced Supporter Tickets for those who would like to help us cover our costs (the number of Supporter Tickets sold has no bearing on the availability of Concession Tickets).
Archive
- Updated Y-83 - "The Filing Cabinet" with information about using it to send documents to HQ.
