Event 2 of Anomalous will take place on 16-18th October 2026 at Lea Green Activity Centre in Derbyshire.

There are 50 player spaces and 25 crew spaces available at each Event. These can be booked on the .

The price of the Player Ticket (£120, or £80 concession) covers:

• Access to the site.
• Funding the many props and costumes we use across the weekend.
• Enabling us to hire a van to transport the game to the site.
• Enabling us to invest in our infrastructure to make future events even better.
• Offsetting the cost for Crew so we can bring more to the game.

If you would like to support Unlikely Stories and help us cover costs further, we offer a “Supporter Ticket” at £150 which has no mechanical difference on your booking but may yield a small token of appreciation.

Lea Green is found correctly by most SatNavs.

We would request all attendees find parking toward the entrance to the site, but we will advise upon this on arrival.

By default, all attendees at Event 2 are expected to sleep indoors. Camping space or camper van parking is available, but there are enough beds for everyone. These rooms are shared and we will reserve certain rooms for non-male sleeping and accessible sleeping near accessible toilets. Please let us know if you would require this on your booking form or by emailing contact@unlikelystories.co.uk. All rooms are Out Of Character spaces.

Camping is permitted but please let us know if you will be camping.

Bunks are fitted with mattresses and bedding so you do not need to bring your own unless you want to (e.g. to bring additional pillows). Towels are not provided.

• Lea Green have a loud music ban from 10pm to 7am: please be considerate of their neighbours.
• Lea Green is usually a non-smoking site but will allocate us an area for smoking: please do not smoke anywhere outside this area.
• Some areas of the site that we are not using will be used by other small groups, including groups using the cottages for Respite Care. They will not enter the area we are using, and we will make it clear where those boundaries are. They will be made aware that we are using the site and not to be disturbed.

The Site for Event 2 is Lea Green Activity Centre. The main building (where our main playspace will be) has step-free access and accessible toilets.

We will never use an area without step-free access as an area Players are required to reach.

Some areas of the site outside of the main play area are rougher terrain and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. We will never use one of these areas for our non-combat Encounters but may use them for combat Encounters. When this is the case we will always make sure this is notified in advance. If you want to go on one of these Excursions but have limited mobility please let a Ref know and we will make adaptations to our plan including relocating the Encounter.

Catering is provided as an additional opt-in cost by purchasing a Meal Ticket. We will update this information when we have confirmed a Caterer, but expect meal tickets to be in the region of £30-40 per head.

Self-catering facilities are also available and will be kept as an Out Of Character space. Please note that due to the site's location it is not likely to be feasible to order food or make quick trips to nearby shops, so plan accordingly.
